On the 31st of May 2017, GSE received the contract from Asia Port Trading Company Sdn. Bhd. for the submission of design approval and registration for Certificate of Fitness for 4 units of 40T Mobicon Eco Mini Straddle Carriers. 

​

The straddle carriers are to be handed over to Northport, the end user by the end of 2017. Giant Shield works directly with Mobicon, a Brendale, Queensland based straddle carrier manufacturer in preparing the documents for submission to the Malaysian Department of Occupational Safety and Health.
